Our team includes four dedicated Veterinary Technicians and two friendly Receptionists who are passionate about providing exceptional care for both pets and the people who love them. With years of hands-on experience, our Veterinary Technicians work closely with our Veterinarians to deliver compassionate, high-quality care for your furry companions.
Our Reception Team is here to make your visit as smooth and welcoming as possible. Whether they’re scheduling appointments, answering questions, or helping you navigate your pet’s care, they are committed to creating a positive experience for every client and pet.
Security Officer
Our In-House Security just happens to have four paws! Curly (Curly Fry), our beloved resident kitty, runs a very strict program. She takes monitoring the staff and visitors very seriously, and she can often be seen patrolling the clinic grounds – both day and night.
Before finding her forever home with Dr. Luo and Lucy, Curly spent her days on the streets of Chicago. Today, she happily calls the clinic home. Female orange cats are a rare and special sight, so if you spot her during your visit, feel free to say hello! Although she may just walk away…
